Annapurna Circuit Trekking

Annapurna Circuit Trekking

Annapurna Circuit Trekking begins with an overland voyage to 130 km West of Kathmandu, Besisahar. Our hike follows the narrow valley of Marsyangdi River through abundant fields of paddy, numerous tiny waterfalls, streams, and beautiful villages, ultimately rising towards high desert area at Manang (3597 m.). The trek turns out to be astonishing gently reducing the probability of altitude sickness, even if, we do spend a day acclimatizing  before crossing the Thorung-La pass (5416 m.).

Annapurna Circuit Trekking route is considered to be one of the busiest trekking routes in Nepal as quite a lot of people want to embark this very route for the spectacular sceneries throughout the trek. Before moving towards Muktinath (one of the holiest pilgrimages for Hindu and Buddhist) in the lower Mustang region, we came up early to cross through the highest access in the route, Thorung-La pass.

Annapurna Circuit covers almost 332km of trek around mountain ranges in Himalayas. And the journey continues through the dry landscape to Kagbeni, a mesmerizing historical fortress city. Optionally, the path even follows the Kali Gandaki River to Jomsom underneath the shadow of enormous Himalayan peaks and through the deepest canyon in the World. Some tremendous sunrise view of both Annapurna and Dhaulagiri can be seen as we descend to Tatopani before hiking towards Ghorepani and Poon hill.
Also, this trek provides an extraordinary scenery of Annapurna(8,097) along with several other stunning mountains such as Dhaulagiri (8,167m.) Manaslu, Lumjung, Tukuche peak, Machhapuchhre (6,993m considered as world’s most beautiful mountain) and many more. The next two days are spent trekking through the magnificent Oak and Rhododendron bamboo forest before ultimately reaching Nayapul for a petite drive to the incredible lakeside town of Pokhara.

Annapurna Circuit is typically known for the most classic trek designed by Visit Nepal Tibet Treks & Expedition will let you experience the unique cultural heritage and vast biodiversity of Nepal.
